We specialise in designing and manufacturing a wide range of customised high performance valves either manually operated or actuated and for any kind of fluid used in the Oil, Gas, Water, Steam, Petrochemical and Power Generating Industry.
In terms of type, we currently manufacture valves from ½” to 60” in 150 Class up to 4500 Class in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Duplex, Super Duplex, Inconel, Monel and Alloy-20. We specialize in manufacturing Gate, Globe, Butterfly Valve, Swing Check, Dual Plate Check, Stop Check, Lift Check, Ball, Needle, Jacketed, Control Valve, Safety Valve, Cryogenic and Y-Type Valves and Valve Manifold.

We offer professional management of small and large scale projects, short lead times, on-time delivery and most importantly high quality products. The products we supply are fully approved by the major inspection authorities like TÜV, Lloyd’s, DNV, and B.V. and come with EN10204 3.1B certification. Our materials are used in critical applications, such as Chemical and Petrochemical plants, Oil field pipe installation, Power plants, Shipyards and Offshore platforms
Our Sales team assists the customer during bidding stage and develops tailored made solutions in cooperation with Engineering Department.
Upon receipt of an order and after its internal review, valve Design and Engineering phase begins. Our Technical Department develops every project using up-to-date 2D autoCAD and 3D Modelling software.
Raw materials sourcing and components machining are the following phases: All sub-suppliers of Allegro have been audited by our Quality Department and are in compliance with all India and international quality standards, such as ISO9001.
Upon receipt of finished components, dimensional and non-destructive examinations are carried out.
Only after positive results, components are ready to be assembled: assembly phase is carried out by high professional Allegro personnel, with a perfect mix of experience, rapidity and accuracy.
All assembled valves are tested and inspected in accordance with international standards, Customer specification and Allegro internal quality procedures.
