SINGLE STAGE PUMPS

The Single Stage Pumps will be responsible for Standardised Pumps, API Pumps, Sheet Steel Pumps, Slurry Pumps and Hygienic Pumps

API Pumps
PROVEN DESIGN FEATURES FOR SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE AND ENDURANCE.

Offering performance features specifically engineered for the rigors of petrochemical oil & gas applications, API 610 latest edition pump range sets the standard for fully compliant design. Pump design life exceeds API 610 requirements. Casing thickness can be designed to exceed API for enhanced life. Bearing housings equipped with high quality bearing isolators and magnetic drain plugs to prevent contamination. Pumps designed with Stable head / flow characteristics. Close radial running clearances between case and impeller wear rings for increased efficiency. All radially split case pumps have metal to metal fit with confined controlled compression gaskets. Shaft deflection at mechanical seal is below 50 μm under the most severe operating conditions thus improving seal reliability. API 682 seal and seal systems ensure extended uninterrupted service life

Hygienic Pumps

The product range covers centrifugal and positive displacement pumps for a wide range of sanitary CIP (Clean In Place) applications like brewing, beverages, dairy and cheese, bio-pharmaceutical industry, wine making, fruit and vegetable cans, etc.

Our versatile hygienic centrifugal, rotary-lobe, circumferential, and twin-screw pumps cover even the most sensitive applications in the food and beverages industry from yogurt, cheese and ice cream, through chocolate, jam and dough, to beer, wort, and fruit juice concentrate. In the biopharmaceutical industry our pumps excel with difficult products like toothpaste, shampoo and other cosmetic products, viscous syrups, and glycerine.

Solid Handling Pumps

These pumps can be offered with a column length up to 6.5 m. The impeller is single suction type non-clog, free flow dynamically balanced. For Solid Handling Pump pumps the standard lubrication is grease and the optional one is oil. These pumps are widely used in paper industries, for water carrying gravel, sewage collection and so on.

Centrifugal Pumps

The impressive variety of pumping solutions covers many applications such as building services, industry, irrigation and industrial process. We supply high-performance booster sets, fire-fighting sets, pumps for underground water, HVAC and sewage, utilities, water treatment and OEM integrations.

We cover two main categories: stainless steel booster pumps for universal applications with clean water and wastewater, as well as heavy-duty industrial pumps for applications in the energy, chemical and petrochemical industry.

Multistage Pumps

Multistage pumps are designed to transfer clean liquids through several impellers that are built into a series, as opposed to one and are typically useful in installations where a high head is needed. High-pressure applications can be achieved by installing the impellers on the same shaft of the multistage pump or parallel to each other on opposing shafts for higher flow rates. They are primarily useful for energy saving and different ranges of flow/head circumstances.

The heavy-duty, multistage pump boasts a variety of construction material options and generously rated bearings meet the demands of both water and industrial applications. Dependant on your requirements, the multistage pump can be installed either vertically or horizontally. In situations where floor space is limited, vertical pumps are usually more suitable, whereas the horizontal orientation of a multistage pump can be especially useful in a condition with low headroom, often regarding indoor applications.

background
Multistage Pumps Work

Multistage pumps work in connected stages. The process starts where the liquid will enter a chamber at the suction line pressure and will then exit at an elevated pressure before entering the next chamber. This process can continue multiple times and the more chambers the multistage pump has, the higher the achievable pressure can be. The number of industries and sectors that can benefit from the multistage pump is virtually endless and there are many examples of where they might be applied.

  Pressure Boosting
High-Pressure Shower/Spray (Sprinklers or Fire Fighting)
  Heating/Cooling Conditioning
  Reverse Osmosis
  Mine Dewatering
  Snow Making
  Boiler Feed
  Desuperheater Feed

Diaphragm Pumps

Air operated double diaphragm (AODD) pumps are designed for general use. They can easily pump from clean, light viscosity fluids to corrosive, abrasive medium viscosity fluids and can transfer large particles without damage. Due to their pneumatic motor, they could be used in potentially explosive areas. Most diaphragm pumps are ATEX certified (CE Ex11 2GD X).

Cryogenic Pumps (Sliding Vane Pump)

Excellent choice for propane, butane, and agricultural ammonia applications. The self-adjusting sliding vanes improve the pumping efficiency and help extend the life of the pump. Pumps have a replaceable cam and side plates. Removing the pump cover gives the user full access to the rotor, cam, side plates, seals, and bearings. All of LPG sliding vane pumps are equipped with a non-adjustable internal relief valve pre-set at the factory so no adjustments in the field are necessary.
